Celery & Celeriac
Celery & Celeriac
A member of the parsley family, celery is a cool weather lover that is a very versatile cooking ingredient. Celery shouldn’t be confused with celeriac, also known as celery root. While their taste is similar, they are actually different species. With celery being a group of stalks (technically leaf petioles), celeriac is an edible bulb-like structure.
