2025 Kentucky Mechanical Weed Control Field Day
A day of demos, learning, and community
The Organic Association of Kentucky (OAK), UK Center for Crop Diversification (CCD), and Glacial Drift Enterprises hosted Kentucky’s first Mechanical Weed Control Field Day on Saturday September 23, 2025 at the UK Horticulture Research Farm in Lexington, KY.
The event helped participants to:
- Explore weeding and cultivating tools hands-on before buying them
- Learn about making cultivator and tool adjustments.
- Discover the latest innovations in mechanical weed control and cultivation at small, medium, or large scales.
- Network and learn from peers and expert practitioners.
