NRCS Program Deadlines

Eligibility Deadline for FY27 Program Signups

Producers who applied for EQIP, CSP, or RCPP by September 24, 2026, have until November 27, 2026, to submit all required eligibility paperwork to remain under consideration for FY2027 funding. Applicants should work with their local Farm Service Agency office to complete eligibility documentation.

Local NRCS offices are available to assist with questions about requirements or the application process.

Fiscal Year 2026 CSP Annual Payments

NRCS is currently reaching out to participants with active Conservation Stewardship Program contracts to document progress on activities scheduled for completion in FY2026. Participants who want to receive their annual payment in calendar year 2026 must submit all required documentation to their local NRCS office in time for approval by December 4, 2026. Those who prefer to receive payment in calendar year 2027 should submit documentation by February 12, 2027.

Producers with questions about their CSP contracts are encouraged to contact their local NRCS office.
