This year, the National CSA Innovation Network's CSA Week and Kentucky Proud CSA Week are the same week: February 16-22. A few Kentucky organizations are on the organizing and planning team for both events - the Center for Cop Diversification, Kentucky Horticulture Council, OAK Kentucky Farm Share Coalition. Kentucky Proud CSA Week is organized by these organizations, in addition to the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and The Food Connection.

How CSA Week Can Help Farmers:
  • Farmers who participate in CSA Week receive FREE promotional materials to better market their CSA. This includes things like: social media templates, caption examples, content calendars, ideas of language to use, and more! To download the promotional package for CSA Week, head to the CSA Innovation Network website. (Note: sign-ups for KY Proud CSA Week have passed, but farmers that signed up will receive free promotional materials that they can edit and add to their own social media pages, newsletters, etc. and will be featured in the Partner Farm Guide).
  • CSA Week is also a promotional campaign to raise public awareness of what CSAs are and the benefits of belonging to a CSA. Add your CSA farm to the National CSA Map so that customers can find you!
How CSA Week Can Help Farm Customers:
  • CSA Week will help you find farms in your area! If you are in Kentucky, be sure to join the CSA in Kentucky Facebook Group so that you can follow along with CSA farms. Kentucky Proud CSA Week will release a Partner Farm Guide that features farms in various areas of the state that are offering a CSA in 2025. It also has information on what kind of CSA the farm offers (i.e. vegetable share, meat share).
  • CSA Week is meant to help clarify WHAT a CSA is, WHERE to find one near you, and WHY it is beneficial to be a CSA member.
  • Learn new tips and tricks to cooking, storing, and enjoying your CSA.
